All PROGRAM FEES paid are considered FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE regardless of the reason or method of payment.

Please Note: We cannot offer refunds for participating in a sports program such as a camp or team because the money collected in registration fees goes directly towards paying for facilities (e.g. ice-time), coaches time, insurance, equipment, and other fixed costs. All of which are expenses that cannot be recouped after a registrant has registered for a program and/or if a registrant cancels their participation.

For merchandise  purchased from the WARRIORS Team Shop:

• Returns are valid for 30 days from the  date of purchase
• Items must be UNUSED, UNWORN, UNWASHED and/or UNALTERED. 
• All CUSTOM items are considered FINAL SALE and Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable.
• Exceptions can be made only for incorrect or damaged items received,
• To initiate a return request, please contact: support@nycyouthhockey.com with the details and reason for your return
• All return requests will be evaluated and resolved within 14 days
